Located 90 minutes from Stockholm, Satra Brunn in Sala is on sale. It has a rich 300 year old history and is famous as a spa destination due its natural mineral spring.
It was discovered in the 1700s by a medical officer called Michael Skragge who established the village as a wellness centre complete with a well, a well house, a bathhouse, a church, a hospital, and housing then invited people to experience the healing. He monitored their actions to observe the effects of the healing properties of the water from the spring.
