With a plethora of events, Turin, the famous city in Italy is marking the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s passing. A number of museums, insitutions and regional governments is joining in the festivities with concerts, exhibitions and tours along the important places of his life and work.
Turin uses the commemorative year as a promotional event which allows to show the world the heritage stemming form the Renaissance era.
