European heritage community offers support to French Notre Dame

On monday April 15th, a large fire ravaged the monumental and iconic Notre-Dame in Paris. The medieval cathedral is not only one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture, it is in the heart of all in France and abroad. Although the hundreds of firemen were able to extinguish the fire before the structural walls could collapse, saving some of the most important artifacts and art, the loss is immeasurable.

The support for the French and all affected by the fire is immense and so far hundreds of millions of euros have already been pledged to help rebuild the cathedral to it’s former self.

Below you’ll find a selection of words of support and links to articles where you’ll find more information.
