If you are keen on sharpening your skills in heritage interpretation, experiencing how it works in practice and exchanging ideas with interpreters from all over Europe, come to Catalonia!
This new and fresh bi-annual format for an IE event offers you a range of experiential and practical activities. You can count on meeting old and new colleagues, experiencing Catalan culture and immersing yourself in outstanding Mediterranean nature in an early-autumn getaway.
This four-day event is designed in a modular way. You will be able to book different lengths of stay, from one to four days, between 7 and 11 October. You are free to adapt arrival and departure times to suit your availability and the most convenient transport connections and/or to join parts of the programme that interest you most.
It is easy to register for the conference. First, you will need to provide some personal information, followed by details to meet registration requirements. Within the registration process, you can choose your preferred payment method. You can pay your fee with a credit card or you request an offline payment on receipt of an invoice. You will receive a confirmation and an invoice at your email address too. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact the conference manager at [email protected].
On 1 September, you can expect our notice regarding your personal choice of programme elements: study visits and workshops. You will also be able to submit a short abstract for the speech you might like to give on Sunday 9 October.
